Why Sweet Caramel?

I just wanted something starting with 'sweet' and, as most of the names are taken by other bloggers, I thought of a very sweet caramel ice-cream I ate last week and looked for it over Google: and it wasn't taken! :D So I called my site 'Sweet Caramel' ^^ Gotta love the name... and the ice-cream it was inspired from, of course! :9 Yum!
